On January 13 2018, 17 countries took part in the Annual General Meeting, 41 people present in Muhltal, Germany.
Highlights of the meeting:

• Finland JWM report:
  Succesfull event, much fun and a testament to do so much with so little.
  Very relaxed and friendly admosphere.
• Philip Avond retired as Technical Advisor and honorary board member
  As Philip Avonds decided in 2017 to retire as JWM pilot and resign as Technical Advisor in the IJMC board, he was elected as honorary board member.
  Introduction was done by chairman Marc Froehn and a speech was delivered by honorary chairman Winnie Ohlgart.
  Philip was the first chairman when IJMC was founded and after the first JWM in 1995 served as Technical Advisor in the board. After 22 years Philip decided it was time to hand over his responsibilities to the next generation.

• New IJMC Judge nominated, Mauri Macera from Italy.
• Constitutional Ratifications
  - Liason Officer added to second re-election group
  - Liason Officer added to relevant paragraph
  - Clarifiaciton position Honorary Boardmembers
  - The board can spend up to €500 with min. 2 board consulted, above €500 with all boardmebers consulted.
• Jet World Masters Rule Changes
  Detailed communication will follow in minutes and adjusted documentation. The most important changes:
  - Static judgeing will be 24 minutes (was 20)
  - 13.5kg and 20kg will fly seperate.
  - Start order round three based on best flight round 1 and 2.
  - Dry weight tolerance is 0.5%.
  - Takeoff and landing not mandatory in front of judges.
  - Optional maneuvres new grouping
  - Max 8 colors presented in documentation
  - no changes originality bonus list
  - Vintage bonus does apply for replica's
• Appointment judges for IJFM 18-20 May Herrieden-Stadel

  Dates for IJFM Rongcheng, China are 13-15 Oct 2018(Sat-Mon), judges will be selected at a later moment.

• Jet World Masters 2019 is scheduled for Oct 2019, most likely 15-21.
  A provisional website is available at http://www.chinajetopen.com/
  Venue will be same as IJFM, Rongcheng on the sea front in the Shandong province in China.
  Lodging will be at reduced price, €65 for 5* or €30 for 4* (double room).
  The organisation will provide:
  - Transport of planes, with a central collection point in Europe, about one month prior.
  - Access to ceremonies and parties
  - Transport Hotel-Airfied
  - Fuel an oil - Restitution entry fee first 80 competitors
  The organizers will further investigate if other finacial assistance is possible, like airtravel.
• JWM 2021
  Peter Cmyral presented a proposal for Austria to host the 2021 JWM in August 2021 at Niederöblarn, Austria.

The next meeting is scheduled for January 12 2019 in Multhal, Germany.
